Dr. Steven Curtiss is a Board Certified General and Vascular Surgeon. He has served his community for over 15 years and focused much of his care toward creation and treatment dialysis access. He grew up in Miami Beach florida and began college in 1980 at Rensalaer Polytechnic Institute where he was accepted into the accelerated BS/MD program.

Dr Scott Rosen is a Board Certified General and Vascular Surgeon. He specializes in treatment of lower extremity venous disease. He graduated from Duke University before going on to NYU for medical school.

Rocco Tutela, M.D.

Dr. Tutela is a Board-Certified General and Advanced Laparoscopic Surgeon. Over the past several years he has focused his career toward serving his community alongside his peers at, The Surgical Affiliates of NJ. He is on staff at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital and St. Peter’s University Hospital. With these affiliations he is able to offer the most innovative technologies while providing the most suitable environment to each of his patients.

Dr. Jeffry Zavotsky

 

Dr. Jeffry Zavotsky was born and raised in New Brunswick and raised in South River, NJ. He graduated in 1985 from Boston University with a B. A. in Biology. In 1991, he earned his medical degree from University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey – New Jersey Medical School, Newark, NJ. Following this, he completed a five-year surgical residency at the same institution.Dr. Zavotsky then went on to further specialized training in cancer surgery at the John Wayne Cancer Institute in Santa Monica, CA. It was there that he published papers in Breast Cancer research. In addition, he learned advanced techniques such as sentinel lymph node biopsy and management of liver tumors.

Dr. Zavotsky has been practicing in Central New Jersy for over ten years and has admitting privileges at St. Peter’s University Hospital, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Raritan Bay Medical Center, and the Unversity Medical Center at Princeton. He joined Surgical Affiliates of New Jersey in June 2018.
